Motivation Monday: Just Do It!
People often think that they need to spend hours at the gym to achieve the perfect body. They think that if they don’t spend a full hour or more at the gym, it doesn’t count. Well actually it does. In fact it’s been long known that even exercising in short bursts is good for you.
So if you have only got ten minutes to spare, you are still doing something. And always think you are still doing an extra ten minutes more than those who do nothing. That one mile run is better than zero miles.
So next time you feel like just lounging around on the sofa, think what you could be achieving. You’ll feel better both physically and mentally.
