Give every day its own dose of glitz!
We often find ourselves running around the city because we’re having lunch/dinner plans with clients, cocktails planned with the girls or basically just running late to a fabulous Friday night date. As bad as it is lugging around the bag for our evening wear it’s scary when handling jewellery- what if it breaks? Or worse still- lost! This is why at Your Coffee Break we consider ourselves experts on finding the perfect solution.
We can all agree that accessorising is the most important part of getting dressed everyday, so you shouldn’t forget to have fun with it. Nude jewellery is a brand that will take us from desk to dinner, and we are excited to explore the collection to work with layers, mix and match and plan with different colours to match our mood. You have three favourite pieces of necklaces in your jewellery drawer? Why not wear all of them at once! As with your professional style, we understand that it can be difficult to know where to start and exactly how much is too much but don’t be afraid to take a step outside your comfort zone.
Nude Jewellery began 12 years ago, and what a better way to start than in the British capital; London. It may have just started as a craft market stall but it quickly became known for its fabulous design and today, it’s a bonafide shop in the heart of Mayfair with celebs such as Cristina Ricci and John Hurt recently spotted wearing their pieces. With requests such as setting a lion’s tooth and a warthog tusk this really isn’t a brand to be missed! Their ethos is to showcase nothing but the best in contemporary jewellery which can be seen through their “Featured Designer” section; an opportunity each month for innovative, independent jewellery designers to showcase their collections in the Mayfair boutique and be the feature of their jewellery shop for one month.
Our favourite collection is the Glitter Ball line. Strongly believing we were born in the wrong decade it’s great to hear that the sixties inspire Nude – circular, geometric patterns for instance or the likes of Mary Quant.
We will always recommend you to check out the Garden Collection by Andrew O’Dell- perfect to wear with a long flowy maxi dress at a house barbeque since its creations are predominantly delicate handmade flowers.
As soon as autumn hits- we all know how essential accessorising is for a pop of colour. We can exclusively let you know that there will be a new brand joining the Nude team: Vara of London which is a line not for the faint hearted, it’s bold, striking and extremely decadent.
Remember, these pieces don’t have to be all glammed up to look their best though- a plain tee, jeans and knitwear will do. Nude Jewellery is certainly a brand that can do the talking on its own.
