The rumour mill is in overdrive about Sephora coming to London

Could the rumours be true? Have the beauty gods listened to our prayers? Brace yourselves, as epic beauty destination Sephora might be hitting the UK *very* soon. Eagle eyes visitors have noticed a holding spaced based in Westfield Stratford which appears to display the Sephora branding, and whilst the reports are unconfirmed it’s definitely got us excited here in the YCB office!
We’ve been waiting for a London based Sephora for a real long time, like FOREVER and rumour has it, the unit could be open as soon as November. Conveniently just in time for Christmas! We’ll take one of everything please Santa.
With all of our favourite brands and beauty must-have under one roof, it’s no wonder Sephora is hugely popular and successful in the states and mainland Europe. Urban Decay, Benefit and Marc Jacobs are just some of the names you’re likely to find in Sephora. Let’s also not forget their own range of beauty! The bronzing discs have always been a favourite with us, offering a lovely summer glow. We can’t wait to test out some of the raved about US brands!
Although it’s not actually the first time for Sephora to have hit the UK market, with a handful of stores opening between 1999-2005 only to be closed down. WHY we are asking?! We were probably too pre-occupied with our dream matte mousse. Why did we ever think this was a good idea? Oh the noughties.
We’ll be living in hope until November. Come on Sephora, don’t let us down – you know it makes sense!
