Taking a break from bikinis and lingerie, Victoria’s Secret Angel Alessandra Ambrosio was slightly more covered up this week, but still just as sexy. While in Los Angeles for an interview taping, the model mum flaunted her famous pins in a too cute playsuit by Australian label lover.
Featuring a high-neck and delicate lace bodice, this cobalt romper is the perfect combination of sexy and chic. The cut of these shorts are one of the most flattering styles – the slight flare helps to make thighs appear slimmer, while the cutaway hem lengthens the legs (not that she needs it!). If you’re on the short side, avoid tight, straight cut shorts and instead try a tailored pair, and then either dress it up with a blazer, or keep it casual with some strappy sandals.
As for Alessandra, nude accessories let the elegance of the romper shine through, while a loose side braid kept the 31-year-old looking young and fresh. Rompers are sticking around this season and it’s easy to see why – they’re the perfect staple for everything from beach BBQs to hot summer nights with friends.
