New York may be one for the world most fabulous cities but needless to say the fast paced lifestyle is distinctly noisier than its laid back west coast counterpart LA. Spotted out and about in New York this week, Ms Holmes is looking distinctly nonchalant, dressed casually and rocking flat boots and messy rock chic hair. Katie is not the only former Dawsons Creeker to be rocking Urbanwears either.
