Day two of the iHeart Radio Music Festival in Las Vegas wrapped up on Saturday night. The festival closed with performances from Taylor Swift, Aerosmith, and Deadmau5. Other big-name performers included Swedish House Mafia, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, and Pink. The big talk of the night was Taylor Swift’s performance at the MGM Grand. The 22-year-old-singer sang her new single “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” from her new album Red. She opted out of her signature tight-curled look and donned a sophisticated wavy-do with two sparkly numbers. Sources are reporting a wardrobe malfunction in which a fan tugged at her gown. Luckily she was wearing an undershirt and nothing was exposed.
The festival started with a red carpet. Stars such as Gwen Stefani, Christina Milian, Ryan Lochte, Mary J Blige, Miranda Lambert, Kathy Griffin, and Usher appeared looking rocker chic. Ryan Seacrest, who is a veteran to the festival, hosted the event. He said of last year’s iHeart Radio Music Festival, “”To see all those artists backstage is kind of cool, because this is the type of environment where there are so many artists and there’s such little space that they end up mingling together,” he said. “I remember last year I was walking off stage and Chris Martin and Jay-Z were leaning against the wall talking about something with nobody around them … just having a cool moment together.”
