With a cutting-edge new look actress Keira Knightley graces the cover of W magazine’s 40th anniversary edition as a striking blonde.
On stands October 23, Knightley joins fellow starlets Mia Wasikowska, Rooney Mara and Scarlett Johansson who will, also, each appear on one of W’s four separate covers of their November issue.
Clad in a Chanel tweed jacket and luxe white gold, ruby and diamond earrings the 27-year-old actress represents the 2000’s channeling the iconic look of Tilda Swinton photographed by Steven Klein.
When it came time to discuss style and comfort Knightley, who is currently working on Joe Wright’s “Anna Karenina” told W Magazine: “I think skinny jeans and micro-miniskirts are very unfriendly. I’ve been known to wear both, but on some days it seems like they were invented to make you feel bad about yourself.”
