Starlets such as Katie Holmes and Emma Watson came out last night (Oct 22) to celebrate the launch of Narciso Rodriguez’s collection for Kohl’s.
Rodriguez is the first designer collection, available November 7, for Kohl’s new “Design Nation” collaboration series.
Held at the IAC Building in New York City, Miss Holmes wowed in a classic black dress by Narciso Rodriguez while Emma Roberts, who tweeted during the event “This collection is amazing and crazy affordable Loving @Kohls Narciso for DesigNation! #NarcisoForKohls” wore a brightly colored Narciso Rodriguez for Kohls dress paired to an Edie Parker bag and Christian Louboutin heels.
Kohl’s first collaboration concept, “Design Nation”, will feature top designers creating limited-edition collections, each influenced by a different international destination.
Comprised of polished separates and precisely cut dresses, Rodriguez’s collection was inspired by Istanbul, Turkey. Gaining inspiration from Istanbul’s vibrantly colored rugs and graffiti Rodriguez’s collection is complete with bold colors, geometric prints, and bold colorblocking.
