London Fashion Week AW14: What We Wore

We are a mixture of sad and relieved that London Fashion Week is over. So many shows, so little time!

Of course with so many fabulous shows to attend we had to plan a rather large array of equally fabulous outfits. We’ve put together our London Fashion Week Style Guide so you can make everyday Fashion Week-chic with none of the stress and all of the style.

You can make a casual look super chic with the right accessories. A relaxed shirt and boyfriend jeans paired with heels and simple jewellery is perfect for that minimum effort, maximum effect look. These leather straps from Guess are the ultimate simplistic, high quality pieces and complete this look.

LFW Style Guide

Achieve that ‘girl about town’ classic London look with a bold pattern shift dress. We are obsessed with this Fashion Union eye print dress! Pair with a black hat, these boots from Reiss and coat to balance out the brightness. We LOVE this sleeveless coat from JNBY, a versatile piece for all seasons and a wardrobe staple.

Don’t dare rock neon to work? Now you can! Turn the intimidating shade into a power dressing staple by combining with a demure dress from JNBY and heels. Don’t forgot to top it off with a statement clutch and sunnies, we suggest these by Tom Ford from Beach Café.

What to wear for Paris Fashion Week

Black and yellow are the colours of the moment for Spring; this ‘bee’autiful pairing is perfect for casual days at the office. We are loving the classic v-neck knit from Henri Lloyd to add a pop of color to our outfit. Bring out your wild side with this a statement necklace and leopard loafers. This black Aevha handbag adds a touch of elegance.

This ladylike look is very much trending right now and pink statement coats are the must have item. We recommend this beautiful pink coat by Damsel in a Dress paired with this floral number by our go-to designer Kelly Love. Keep the accessories simple with your favourite heels, a gorgeous watch by Olivia Burton and this chic handbag by Lamb.
