Who else is tired?

Why does it make you feel powerful?
There’s something about the colour black that just gives you an edge, especially in New York City. It just has a real ‘don’t mess with me’ vibe. Plus, I wasn’t allowed to wear it as a kid, so it’s clearly some form of rebellion for me.
Any advice for mixing neon into your wardrobe?
I definitely subscribe to the wonderful Jenna Lyons’ “pops of colour” school of thought. And if you do wear a lot of black, as I do, it’s nice to throw some colour in there, especially in the summer. Plus, it lets people know you probably aren’t in some sort of dead poet’s society or experimenting with witch craft on the side.
