Brand accessibility is key in today’s growing fashion market and lately we have begun to see more and more designers make their brands kid-accessible.
Oscar de la Renta is the latest designer to join others, including Stella McCartney and Diane Von Furstenberg who collaborated with GAP kids, to design children’s clothing. Oscar de la Renta showed his Spring/Summer 2013 Children’s Wear Collection earlier this September at New York Fashion Week.
Adorable children walked down his runway in colorful and preppy frocks looking ready to holiday in the Hamptons. The collection was full of poppy print dresses for girls and plaid shorts for the boys.
Oscar de la Renta’s Children’s Wear Collection helps expand the brand’s audience spectrum while also promoting the brand as friendly and approachable. The adorable children in their colorful attire left the stylish attendees full of smiles and most likely dreaming of their next warm holiday.
