Manhattan Cocktail Classic Kicks Off The Summer Season

Bollare Communication’s Principal Alle Fister Hosts Fashion + Foodies: Cocktail Edition to Kick Off Manhattan Cocktail Classic in Style!

Manhattan Cocktail Classic

Here at Your Coffee Break, we love to work hard, but that doesn’t mean we don’t leave room to play! Luckily for us, there are always opportunities to celebrate, like the Bollare Communications annual Manhattan Cocktail Classic for example. This year, Bollare brought together the perfect fusion of fashion, food, art and entertainment for a seated intimate dinner and cocktails at Isola Mondrian SoHo, May 12.

We are definitely behind the idea of mixing clothes and cooking; filled with only the most fab people in the industry,  like Amri Kibbler, senior fashion editor at Cosmopolitan; Paula Knight, fashion director at The Wall Street Journal; and Annie Tomlin, beauty director at Refinery 29, we had a great time enjoying delicious food while sipping on bubbly!

The guests were enjoying cocktails like BluePrint and Bulldog Gin, which are made in a totally new way: cooking the liquor in a process that takes only two hours instead of three to five weeks. Absolutely delicious! Other gin cocktails, like Eye of the Dragon, Green Smoke and Chile Cooler, were also served.

Bollare Communication’s Principal Alle Fisher hosted the event full of vivacious New Yorker fashion leaders, coming from all ends of the spectrum: editorial, retail, wholesale and E-commerce.

“We’re all leading the way in our respective arenas and I wanted to open a dialogue between us all, to unite us and just celebrate our success,” Fisher said. We couldn’t have said it better ourselves!
