Whether you’re vegan, giving it a go for the new year or are flexi and simply go with the flow, one of our fave London gems, Giggling Squid, has unveiled an ink-redible array of new tastebud-tantalising vegan dishes. What’s more, the plant-based additions aren’t just for Veganuary but will feature permanently on the menu, to be enjoyed all year round, ensuring going vegan doesn’t have to mean waving farewell to the fun of eating out!

The flavoursome menu is filled with delectable vegan dishes, crafted by Giggling Squid’s expert Thai chefs, perfect for enjoying solo, or sharing with loved ones. It will give guests even more plant-based options to choose from, with something to suit every palate, whatever the occasion.

In the true spirit of Thai meal times, Giggling Squid unveils a brand new selection of vegan starter dishes that are perfect for sharing; The Isaan sharing platter features the beloved Spring Rolls alongside brand new Thai Spice Rice Balls, a Bamboo & Goldenberry Salad plus zingy Tamarind Mushrooms & Greens.

For mains, joining its famous aromatic curries such as Vegetable Paneang and sizzling stir fries such as Vegetable Chilli & Basil Gra Pao, the new vegan additions include; Pad Paak Bong Noodles, fine rice noodles with crushed garlic, topped with stir fried morning glory and soy beans. For those that prefer a lighter option for their main, the Tamarind Mushrooms & Greens are served tossed in a sweet and tangy tamarind sauce, sprinkled with sesame seeds, crispy tofu pieces and fresh greens.

For Gigglers that fancy enjoying Veganuary from the comfort of their own dining table, they can tuck into the limited edition Veganuary bundles. For starters, pick from either Bangkok Fritters which are exclusive to the bundles, guest favourite Spring Rolls or vibrant Bamboo & Goldenberry Salad. Mains include classics such as Thai Green Curryand Pad Thai or opt for Tamarind Mushrooms & GreensLotus Flower Stir Fry or Chilli & Basil Gra Pao. Available for one (from £19.95) or two people (from £39.95) across Click & Collect and Delivery until 31st January.

As well as Giggling Squid’s new vegan additions to the menu, a tasty lunch time menu is also available and a kids’ menu for the little Squidlets.
